Jake is originally from Illinois but has been a resident in Southwest Florida for 10 years now, and his active engagement with individuals and businesses is a testament to his excellent reputation for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Jake played college golf at Carthage College in Wisconsin before transferring to Florida Gulf Coast University and receiving a B.S. in Finance. Jake is a licensed realtor with a knack for spotting opportunities where others see a lack of potential. Arden's business is premised upon honest and open communication, which has been pivotal to the success that he has managed to achieve in little time.

I was born and raised in Northern Illinois, and in 1994 my family purchased our vacation home in Naples, Florida. I have been coming to beautiful SW Florida ever since enjoying all this area has to offer. I learned from a young age that beach life and fresh air in the Sunshine State is good for the soul. My husband and I were fortunate to be able to move to SW Florida in 2020 with our 2 children and I am continuing my Real Estate career which was started in Illinois in 2003. I make my clients feel comfortable and confident in my ability to support them in the real estate process. I strive to have prompt communication with my clients, and I am always available to answer questions or to just discuss the market when my clients need me.
